Inmarsat CPO Natasha Dillon wins 2018 HRO Today Award

Inmarsat Chief People Officer, Natasha Dillon, has won the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of the Year for Innovation award at the prestigious 2018 HRO Today Awards Gala in Amsterdam.

The awards celebrate the achievements of HR professionals and those who are trailblazers, shaping new best practice for the industry to learn from and to adopt.

Just two years after joining Inmarsat, Natasha Dillon has transformed the HR function, developing a new People Strategy and introducing a High Performance Culture programme underpinned by new values to the workplace, launching a compelling employee value proposition, alongside driving a focus on continuous performance improvement, learning and diversity and inclusion.

Transforming business

Her demonstration of HR leadership, transforming business practices and putting employee motivation, engagement and talent at the heart of the agenda led to Natasha being awarded the coveted Innovation title.

The HRO Today annual awards were announced at HRO Forum Today EMEA conference on 5 November.
