AIRTAXI World Congress

Inmarsat is once again sponsoring AIRTAXI World Congress where 250 industry professionals, including global air taxis, airlines, airports, investors and key UAMs, will gather at Raffles Istanbul, Turkey, for insightful presentations, 1:1 meetings, hospitality and the world’s first vertical airshow.

Topics this year will include vertiport development, drone delivery services, safety measures, air passenger transport, eVTOL commercialisation, UTM system development, vehicle leasing, and an ‘ask anything’ panel made up of top eVTOL platform manufacturers from across the world.

On day one of AIRTAXI World Congress at 12:45 – 13:30, Mark ter Hove, Inmarsat Senior Manager for Commercial AAM Market Development, will join the panel discussion on UTM Systems along with representatives from EUROCONTROL, Skyroads and Fintraffic Air Navigation Services to discuss the latest updates in communication systems to enable air taxis.

In addition, the Inmarsat team will be showcasing our Velaris solution, which is enabling uncrewed aircraft to go beyond visual line of sight, offering new possibilities that will completely transform the world in which we live. Uncrewed Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) have the potential to deliver impressive societal, humanitarian, environmental and commercial benefits.
