14 December 2016: Inmarsat’s U.S. Government Business Unit partners and U.S. government attendees will be able to experience the benefits of our innovative Global Xpress and L-band services via hands-on demonstrations at the SIA DoD Commercial SATCOM Workshop on 14-16 December, in Arlington, VA.
During the demonstrations, we will showcase the benefits of the Global Xpress and L-band solutions built specifically to support government users worldwide.
Attendees can experience the services’ ease of use and engage in live demonstrations of Cobham EXPLORER 5075GX; Skyware ATOM 65; L-band Advanced Communications Element (LACE) terminal prototype; Cobham EXPLORER 710 BGAN terminal; IsatPhone, as well as other products.
We will provide an in-depth explanation of government requirements via prospect tours and open access, as well as hands-on terminal setup.
In addition to the demonstrations, Peter Hadinger, President, U.S. Government Business Unit, will speak on the “Combined Senior Government and Industry Leaders” panel on Friday, 16 December, and Rebecca Cowen-Hirsch, Senior Vice President for Government Strategy and Policy, U.S. Government Business Unit, will participate in the “Commercial SATCOM Operational Integration” panel on Thursday 15 December.
