Guests on exclusive private jet expeditions can now experience the fastest in-flight Wi-Fi available as they tour the world.
TCS World Travel, which specialises in luxury trips by air, has installed Inmarsat partner Rockwell Collins’ CabinConnect system onboard its custom-configured Boeing 757, using Inmarsat’s GX Aviation service to deliver the same fast and reliable connectivity in the air that has previously only been available on the ground.
The fully operational system premiered this month on a 23-day trip across Eurasia undertaken by 50 passengers.

TCS World Travel customers can use an aircraft-provided tablet or their own devices to check email or browse the internet in flight, as well as access news, sports and weather information. Rockwell Collins customised the system to interface with the company’s onboard lecture service, which offers live presentations from a travel expert about upcoming destinations.
