As the largest and longest-running conference for aviation Maintenance and Technical Purchasing in Latin America and the Caribbean, it draws together a broad spectrum of airlines and suppliers to discuss current issues, new innovations, technology, and regulations.
This year we’ll be running a session on day two of the conference – details are below:
In this session, Inmarsat Aviation’s Chris Rogerson, Regional Vice President of Europe, Africa, and the Americas, and Christian Steward, Senior Technical Sales Manager, will discuss the data requirements for passenger connectivity. They’ll provide insight for airlines around how much data they need to enable the kind of onboard experience that will differentiate them from the competition and turn passengers into repeat customers.
The session will explore the trend towards freemium/free inflight connectivity and how this affects take-up rates. They will also explore how airlines can enhance their customer experience, whilst increasing ancillary revenues through our customisable OneFi passenger engagement platform.
Chris and Christian will also share the latest progress we are making with our technology roadmap, which will see us meet the growing demands for more capacity and coverage well into the 2040s. Join us and learn more about the future of inflight connectivity.
More details can be found here. We look forward to seeing you there.
