Pioneering change

Rebecca won the Corporate Public Sector category for her unstinting work helping to mentor and develop the careers of women in her profession, and for pioneering change in the technology community.

“It is a great honour to be recognised by Women in Technology, which is dedicated to the advancement of women from the classroom to the boardroom,” stated Rebecca Cowen-Hirsch.

“Mentorship is such an important part of what we can do on a daily basis, and I encourage all to take an active role. Together, we can all empower women to be architects of change in the technology industry for not only technological advancements, but organisational success, as well.”
