Inflight Asia-Pacific returns to Singapore to explore the latest regional developments in in-flight entertainment, connectivity and cabin technology.
With exhibitors displaying their latest product advances and workshop sessions exploring key topical developments affecting the market, the event provides valuable insight to inform future strategic decisions.
The Inflight Asia-Pacific Workshop provides an open forum on the exhibition floor for lively debates on key topical issues led by panels of IFEC, cabin technology and aircraft interiors industry experts. In a session on connectivity at 10:45 on 8 November, Chris Rogerson, APAC Regional Director for Inmarsat Aviation, will be on a panel discussing which business models are viable for airlines to monetise IFC services, looking at the merits and challenges of sponsored IFC, brand alignment, ‘freemium’ models, and tiered pricing.
The event, co-located with Commercial Aviation Services Asia-Pacific at the Singapore Expo Convention and Exhibition Centre, culminates with an awards ceremony to recognise outstanding product or service offerings from suppliers and airlines from across the host region. Inmarsat has been nominated for the Connectivity Enablement Award.
