Support for Distribution Partners

As a wholesaler of satellite airtime, Inmarsat provides comprehensive online and telephone support to its Distribution Partners.

Distribution Partners (DPs) have direct access to our powerful BGAN business support tool. This delivers a wide range of online services, including instant terminal activation and access to our in-depth knowledge database.

Support for customers

If you're using a BGAN terminal and experience problems with any aspect of the service, you should always contact your BGAN equipment supplier for customer support first.

However, in an emergency, the Inmarsat Customer Services Technical Helpdesk is available to assist with urgent enquiries. Users should quote their SIM card number when contacting us.

Inmarsat also produces a range of product updates and technical guides to help new users optimise their use of the BGAN service.
