A low data rate service ideal for remote management of fixed assets including tracking and telemetry, IsatData Pro operates in near real-time anywhere in the world.
With burst-mode communication and a gateway for store-and-forward messaging, IsatData Pro also offers a convenient web-based portal for adjusting settings. Applications can be run on the terminal to reduce data sent over the air. Suitable for mission-critical applications, it offers a wide range of protocols for data collection.

Fleet Management

AVL Agent: The Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) Agent is an application for quickly configuring IsatData Pro terminals for fleet management solutions. Configure GPS position reporting frequency, start/stop reports, speeding thresholds, idling notifications, fuel and panic button events and more.

Garmin: The Garmin Dispatch Agent allows IDP terminals to communicate with off-the-shelf Garmin personal navigation devices (PNDs) for integrated tracking, navigation, driver communication and dispatch using Garmin devices as the human interface.

Analytics Agent: The Analytics Agent transforms raw data collected by IDP terminals into valuable information used for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) when assessing driver behaviour and vehicle/asset performance.

J1939 Agent: Designed for use with the IDP 700 series satellite-cellular terminals, the J1939 Agent extracts parameter values from a vehicle’s CANbus for applications such as driver behaviour monitoring and vehicle assessment.

SCADA & Fixed Equipment

ARC Agent: The Alert, Report, Control (ARC) Agent is an application that transforms an IsatData Pro satellite terminal into a low cost Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) capable of sending regular and event-based reports on equipment status, operating parameters, flow rate and more.

SCADAconnect: SCADAconnect is an end-to-end solution providing connectivity between remote field instruments and enterprise systems for the oil & gas, utilities, heavy equipment and industrial automation markets. It provides the ability to process data from one or more SCADA devices into valuable information thereby reducing monthly airtime costs. This service is Modbus-compatible.

IP SCADA: An IsatData Pro service, IP SCADA allows SCADA hosts or masters to poll information from the serial ports of remote devices like RTUs and PLCs in scenarios where the system leverages VPN connections to private IP addresses. The service is Modbus-compatible.

SkyWave IDP-800

The IDP-800 is a slim profile terminal with an integrated battery compartment designed for vehicle, trailer and container tracking applications. It can also be used for maritime tracking and communication applications or where a satellite terminal with its own battery power is required.
