Paving a pathway to resilient satellite operations

The Department of Defense (DoD) is facing obstacles regarding heightened resiliency in space. Specifically, the increasing challenges placed upon missions supporting satellite systems from electromagnetic interferences, either intentional or accidental.

As a result, these disruptions threaten the performance and safety of DoD military units as they conduct military and humanitarian operations, jeopardising everyone involved.

Rebecca Cowen-Hirsch, Inmarsat U.S. Government SVP Government Strategy and Policy, tackles this issue in an article for SpaceNews,
