We have lift-off for Global Xpress! A Proton Breeze-M rocket clears the launchpad at the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan at 12:12 UTC today (8 December, 2013) carrying Inmarsat-5 F1, the first of three satellites to form Inmarsat’s new worldwide high-speed mobile broadband network, delivering download speeds up to 50Mpbs across the planet.
