The week is organised by Shipping Innovation in association with the Department for Transport, The Baltic Exchange, Maritime London, Maritime UK, the UK Chamber of Shipping, UK Major Ports Group, and TheCityUK.
As part of London International Shipping Week, Inmarsat, in conjunction with Fathom, will be hosting Ship Efficiency: The Event from 8-9 September at Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre.
Now in its fifth year, the event will explore and promote how to improve profitability and efficiency of operations within the maritime industry. The two-day conference will hear how key industry stakeholders deliver their knowledge, solutions and strategies that can streamline shipping operations – the drivers, the financial issues, the current applications and the role these advanced technologies will play in the future of commercial shipping operations.
Alongside the conference there is a free exhibition hosting 30 technology providers, with each exhibitor showcasing the latest in efficient technologies, strategies and solutions to empower shipping operations.
